I would say no I don't think so, it is ment for google applications as far as i know.

It might be possible to integrate some kind of functionality from Google Authenticator inside the website generated by the Software. Unfortunately though, since it is third party code we're talking about, the Staff cannot offer any type of support for it.

Also considering how difficult such task could prove to be, I would suggest you eventually contact a professional directly if you believe you really need this functionality embedded inside your Site.
