This line you're reading is but a simple warning which does really nothing on your website and you should probably deactivate these on your hosting, so that they are never visible to your own users. You can do so by contacting your hosting's support and asking them to, or also manually from your hosting's administration panel.

Does this happen only after you complete an email form? Do you perhaps have an URL you can share here with me so that I might test this out personally?
