Wx5 pro V16.2.1 update 16.3.1 does not work on second pc. message no registered version on my pc

Hello,
On my laptop I installed my second WX5 pro version 16.
After starting up the program it shows the message to update to V 16.3.1 but after confirming to update the program, it shows a popup with the message, that I do not have a certificated version, but i do have this.
What could be the problem?
