How Do I Link to Blog Contents?

I've created a website showcasing my YouTube channel. I'm in the process of adding my videos using the blog option. Since there's no option to add the blog to the first page I've just made a bulk standard page with a menu in the top header with several categories.
From the menu I want to link to each individual category within the blog, such as the "DIY" category, et cetera. But there's no option to do this, and when I copy the raw URL and add it manually, it doesn't display the blog correctly. Instead it's all messed up with the menu and text all over the place.

It appears it was a problem with HTTPS. I've now removed it and can now manually add blog links to my menu. I'll see how it goes, and report back in due course.
