Upload only newer files

I have a problem to upload only newer or changed files to the server. Even if I click the option to do so Website X5 Evolution uploads all my files to the server. What can I do? I found a post here that says Incomedia is aware of this problem, but this was in March 2018. Seems there is no change yet? Hope somebody can help?!

Karl, all files will always be uploaded if you ever do a control+preview. If you make one minor change to any item anywhere on the page, the whole page will be uploaded. If you make a change that affects every page (eg change header/footer. menu structure, etc) the whole project will need to be uploaded.
Perhaps WX5 is uploading the whole site because it has to?
You did not provide the link, but I assume this post refers to uploading of old files no longer included in the site?
