My website x5 17 proffecional not working any more

Installed version 17.6 of Incomedia previously used version 13 and Today it does not work! website x5 17 when it starts it enters a cycle and never passes from that stage it only keeps refreshing and refreshing. And I'm getting frustrated because I can’t do anything to make it work, I installed it in another PC and I have activated in another system, crashed in a middle of the work session and now it doesn’t work anymore. So I have a question.
- Is it possible to deactivate it in a PC that you are not going to use for that day and activate it in another and vice versa?
- what do I do if it does not work on any PC where a proactive cycle is active and never ends, I leave it loading at night when I go to sleep, and when I return the next day it is still continuing to load.
- On my second pc It’ll start up but it will just stay on the startup stage from the first day it’ll just stay in that box and the program won’t run.
I need someone's help, please.

Jose, can you try totally disconnecting your internet (remove cat5 cable, or disconnect from wifi) and then try start WX5
Whether that works or not, you may have an antivirus/malware/firewall package blocking the wx5? I have also seen one-drive causing havoc, can you temporarily uninstall or disable these packages?
It seems very odd that WX5 on 2 separate PC's are giving you grief, they must have something in common.
You should not need to deactivate.

Thank you Esahc! nope I gave up don't have time to mess with it, what I don't understand is that demo works, so why the demo woks and the app that I have purchased not responding in both application is the same at the exception one is open and the other is lock. my problem is that I am going from office to office and a daily basis and can't be carrying my desktop around the building every day, can't install to my laptop because says I already have too many activations already. So my plan is to buy a new pc in the near future and try again hopefully that solves my problems thank for your help I really appreciate your effort on helping me.

Jose, if you have only installed on one desktop there should be no issue installing on the laptop. If it is installed on more than one PC you could go to programs & Features and uninstall it. I agree, if it worked from the demo there should be no issue with the full version - and it should be stable on any PC, you should not need a new one.

As far as the error message stating you had too many unlocks is concerned, if you did not exceed the 2-PC installation limit you can follow this procedure: https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/pt/post/25631
If you still have to keep registering again and again, please check if under C:\Users\ The Admin username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\ there is a folder called WebSite X5- Professional and if the licence.iwl file is inside this folder.
If this folder exists and the file is there, copy the folder and paste it under c:\Users\ Your Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia and then start the program.
