I use SFTP - SSH protocol to update my web sites. But my provider changed SSH key for server and now I cannot connect to it.
How can I change SSH fingerprint in WebsiteX5 SSH client?
Thanks
Peter

Ask your provider how to contact your ftp account, what pritocol is needed and login and password, port .
They are the ones that gives you acces, set these parameters into x5 and connect.
If all failes you can always export to drive, then use another ftp program to upload to your ftp webserver, but that ftp program (fillezila for instance) needs this data as well.

Dear Andre,
thanks for your answer. My connection to the server through SSH worked OK. After SSH key on server was changed, I cannot connect. I did not change anything in my params

Hi Peter.
There is currently no value to be changed inside the software to make sure it works with the system you mentioned.
It should still work just as expected unless of course something else is blocking the connection server side, but this is something your hosting should be checking.
Have you tried using a different connection method? Please test this out and double check the situation with your hosting, and let me know the result here.
Additionally, you might also try reinstalling the software. Try again then
Keep me posted on this
Thank you
Stefano
Maybe you need to change some parameters now that you use SSh,
So again, contact your Host for information, or try another ftp program.

Hi Stefano,
I have tried connect to the server using another FTP client and the result is the same as with WebsiteX5 FTP client. The connection using open FTP works, but connection using SFTP SSH does not.
I thing, the problem is not in WebsiteX5 FTP client.
Sorry and thanks
Peter
Peter,
Contact your hosting and ask them.
It can wel be that you need another way or server or ftp adress to get to the server for uploading.
What host do you have? Mayby I can find something in there FAQ that helps you.
