Showbox gallery image resizing?

When linking a showbox gallery to an image, is there a way of resizing the images in the gallery?
I've tried using different image sizes, and adjusting the Showbox Properties: Size. To no avail.
In most cases, the images display at too small a size for my requirements. Although some are OK.
I can't work out why. Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance.

David, can you provide a link to your site which demonstrates the images that are too small?

Esahc, thanks for your prompt attention. I've attached this link to a page which I currently have in development to replace a page on the site. Some of the gallery photos are reasonably large, whilst others are not. It's not the end of the world if I can't make some of them bigger, but it would be nice.
Thanks in advance for your usual helpful and informative advice.
David, I am not sure if anything I am about to write here is of much assistance, but here goes.
If the images in the showbox gallery are smaller that the predefined size you would like you could simply resize/resample in a paint package, I have found most images can take an amount of enlargement without the quality suffering, I am assuming that all showbox property sizes are identical (I have frequently been caught by the locked ratio resulting in a strange final size that limits the display size).
My understanding is that WX5 will resample down to the size required, but it cannot extrapolate and enlarge to the predetermined size.
If you get the gallery images to display to your satisfaction, it would be interesting to see if Optimiser can improve the load times for some of the gallery images without damaging the site. As you say, some are physically large images to download, not just in size on screen.
You have done an amazing amount of work on your site, it is a credit to you. Hopefully someone with better technical knowledge will offer better advise than I can.

Thanks for the kind words Esach. I'll keep on persevering with what I am doing. I'm making sure that all my images are the same height. Also using the Save for Web and Devices option in photoshop to reduce the upload/download times. But still a bit confused as to why some gallery images are displaying relatively small to others. (not in the same batch, but in different items.) As you say, someone else with detailed knowledge may be able to help. It will no doubt be something fairly simple. Thanks again.
David - when I was playing I found if the proportions of images were kept the same then the variation was minimal, so perhaps rather than height of image, the ratio between height & width is most important?
