Unfortunately, whether or not you might make use of the Gmail mailing service anyway is entirely up to your current hosting.

Even if all the data you inserted into the software are correct, the hosting can still block the connection since it tries to send emails from a domain that is different from the one your website is currently on.

There is, unfortunately, nothing that can be done on the software about this and you will have to rely on your hosting's support in order to get more information about this implementation specifically
