The option to change a template in 2019.1.4 seems to have annoyingly dissappeared for changing in an existing project.

One could previously test out templates and rennovate/refresh sites to a new template. Now it seems one has to start from scratch.

An update to my mind signifies an improvement. I'm struggling to see how it is so here, unless the option has moved to another location.
