Hi I am looking for the my Rosemary template and cannot seem to find it, has it been removed?? I was using it up until I updated the software to ver 16.3.1 and now it's gone??

It doesn't take .iwzip extenssion. Download an rename it to MyRoseMary.iwzip.

Hi Elisa,

thanks for looking into this fo me. Just to be clear this is NOT the template I am refering to. The template I purchased is called Pharmacy. I cannot find it in the templates section and it does not show in my purchased section of X5.

If it helps... 

I confirm that models purchased, "paid or free", no longer appear in the downloads section.

I bought the "photo model" (12 credits) a long time ago and it does not appear on my profile.

thanks for that but this was purchased only 1 year ago along with other templates so I see no reason that it should be removed. I purchased the template with credits not a free template. I can't see why it would not be there. If Incomedia has removed it then I would like to know why.

Hi incomedia, I am still missing a purchased template in my licenced section of X5. Any movement on this? I reported this 10 days ago and still it is not showing in my profile nor is it showing on your website?

Hi All!

Elisa, I think you have to look at it this way: 

We are talking about the Download section of the user profile (even if some purchased models appear in the choice of projects on the software). Before there were the models bought. This was handy for downloading the model when needed.

A particular reason?

Hi William, 

I have reported that you keep having issues with version 16 as well, I will let you know as soon as I get some news. 

@Jiper I confirm that it is correct that the "Download" section of the user profile is no longer available: now templates are only available as Full Templates, and they are available directly in the software.

ok Elisa I have done what you asked and now I don't have ANY templates at all even when I refresh?? This is a joke. I have lost what little faith I had left in Incomedia. I know it's only one template BUT is is a template that I purchased. Now I have lost ALL templates bought and free.

Hi William, 

thank you for your feeback. I fear that there was an issue during the installation, so I suggest you to do a clean installation, so to avoid any problems. To do this, you should please:

-Uninstall the program from your Windows control panel

-Delete any file left of the installation path

-Delete the folder WebSite X5 - Professional from C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\Local\Incomedia and repeat this operation for all the users on you PC, including the admin one.

-Download the program from the "Download" section of your profile, re-install and start the software as administrator.

Hi Elisa,

no thanks, I have had my fill of X5. The only thing I will be doing is uninstalling it. It will not be re-installed. There was no issue in the instalation since everything was working fine apart from the missing template.

We should not be having these sorts of problems with the software at this stage in the game. I have spent far too many hours trying to sort the problem and in doing so I am left worse off. It takes Incomedia far too long to even respond to a problem that it makes it almost impossible to rely on to get anything done. I still have not had my issue sorted i.e. missing template.

So don't worry about trying to fix my problem, Im done with X5 so  won't need it anymore (even though I purchased it). 

Not a happy customer.
