Since 2019-1 this call is introduces to the generated pages:
Google indexing evaluates this as true, so it stops indexing the page. I can't seem to find where I can choose to disable this call, so now I have to edit every script by hand to remove it.

E. Lansu, what makes you think that this notification affects google indexing? This is a message to the user to stop using their current browser because the site will not display properly or securely.
Please provide details??
Hello. How did you find out that Google does not index the site for exactly this reason? I checked on one of my sites WebSite X5 Evolution 17.1.2. I don’t see any problems with Google indexing (in Google Search Console).

As shown in the picture, Google sees only the message and not the underlaying page. This is tested by the Google Search Console that shows the pages are indexed, but not included because of the message. Removing the script portion and reindexing the pages gets rid of the message in the Google live test and sets the page to Included.

@Aleksej: The outdated script is new in 2019.1, so not in V17. The page has to be re-indexed to cause this error.
Hi Lansu
I've performed a few tests on both 2019.1 and v17.
I can confirm that the Banner does, in fact, appear also in v17 and this has absolutely no effect on the inclusion or exclusion, indexing or non-indexing of the page.
I can confirm this since the script that generates this window, does nothing more than display this black banner to the user, but doesn't disable anything else on the website. For this reason, it is impossible for Google to decide whether to include a page based on a simple banner with no actual functionality.
I'm afraid the reason for the issue you've had with your page must be somewhere else. Perhaps the page was still in the process of being included and it took a little time for that to happen?
Do not worry too much about the banner you're seeing. For their tests, they apparently make use of a very old browser to simulate the worst condition possible, but this will in no way affect your ranking
I hope I've been helpful
