The main menu items are not being displayed. I am using the menu object on the header. Although I have not selected show the hamburger button, that is the only thing displayed. If I use the menu object on a page, then I see the main menu items. Please advise.

Errol, the hamburger/toaster menu appears when there is insufficient room to display all the words on the menu.
You can fix this by making the menu object bigger, including deeper to allow 2 (or 3) lines for the menu.
Simply drag the menu object handles until the words appear in the header template.
(you may wish to make the page wider or the header deeper to accomodate this)

I did read that. So I expanded the object all the way across header but still same result.
You have lots of menu items, drag the object deeper to allow 2 lines (then adjust header depth)
