The problems after the last update just keep on coming!
Now i discover that my forms are no longer sending.
Add this to the;
sticky bar that does not work if you have 0 in the header margin, and if you put in 1 pixel to make it work, you get a nice white line across the top of the page.
ALL my buttons and links don't work on mobile.
The scroll down icons, when used in full page row formats don't work properly. Page scrolling does not seem to work on mobile.
When you link to an anchor using full page in row formats, the page goes to the object, then scrolls away.
I am just about finished with this software, i bought this to make things easier.
Pointless!

Hello.
Hi P. S
I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering this many problems with the latest versions.
I'm currently providing support for you about the buttons on iOS on your other topic:
https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/pt/post/214685
And I can see that the Stickybar issue was already addressed in another one of your topics:
https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/pt/post/213514
Please open up a single topic per issue so that it is easier for me to focus on a single issue and provide the right support care for each
Since when did you notice that the email forms stopped sending emails? In the latest versions, nothing changed about the sending of emails. It is probable that something was configured correctly or changed on your hosting side, so I'd like to verify that with you here
Can you access the /admin area of your website and perform the mailing tests? Do any of those work? What script are you using right now?
Please verify all of this and keep me posted on this
Thank you
Stefano

Hello Stefano,
The sticky bar issue i think remains.
If you set the header with 0, the sticky bar will always be visible, if you add some space, 1 for example, you may see a white line across the top of the page.
Before the update this did not happen.
Thanks.
Hi P. S
As of the newest version, the option to completely hide the header or footer for specific pages has been added. With this change, the behavior of the StickyBar was changed as well. Right now, if you decide to hide the header through the dedicated option or set its height to zero, the sticky bar will be displayed immediately if active
If you do not wish for the sticky bar to be displayed immediately, you might try to set the header's height to 1px and match its background color with the one of the first content of your website. This should hide its presence and not display the sticky bar at the same time. Keep in mind though that as soon as the user scrolls, the sticky bar will appear though, since it is programmed to appear as soon as the header leaves the viewport
I hope I've been helpful
Stefano
