Hello.Read the documentation of your hosting provider, which method of sending is preferable. Use it.
Try different recipient mails.
Check your spam folder.
Where should letters come from?From the contact form?

Все было кончено. Это просто хаос. Я перепробовал 2 сайта, 2 версии. Не работает.

1) ... удалить все страницы PHP и HTML в сети;
2) ... в проекте исправьте URL сайта, как указано выше;
3) ... используйте Ctrl + Preview, проверьте;
4) ... выполнить новый полный экспорт сайта в сети

... если это не работает, вам нужно связаться с вашим сервером, или замените его другим сервером, из тех, что вы найдете в своем профиле ...
