WebSite x5 Creator 10 unable to locate last update

I have recently upgraded to a new system and therefore transferred my programs etc. When attempting to open my site on the new computer, it says that my "website has been created with a later version"and will not open. My old system has the last update version 10.1.12.59----My new install says that I have the latest update, but is only running 10.1.12.57
I have looked everywhere (I think) and cannot locate the lastest version so I can run my site; I really don't want to rewrite my website unless I have to at this time. To sum up...I am desparately looking for the update "10.1.12.59"
Any help is greatly appreciated!

There is no version 10.1.12.59 of Incomedia WebSite X5 - to help us understand your issue better could you perhaps forward a screenshot showing where you found those details?
Do you perhaps have the Summitsoft edition, which is known as Website Creator 10?

The last update to Incomedia's version 10 was 10.1.12.57 which is what you appear to already have, and what your profile shows that you were running in the past.
Are you sure you have installed 10.1.12.57 correctly on your new computer? If in doubt you can download the official setup file here:

Thanks Paul for your reply, I really appreciate it.
What am I running then? Yes I have a genuine product: box with product key.....I have followed the above steps and I am definitely running the 10.1.12.57 version at this moment. I was directed to this forum following links on summitsoft. I have attached some snips of my program info, plus the window as it appears on startup.
Am I in the wrong forum? Apologies if I am in the incorrect place. I'm not sure sure how to tackle this

But in this case your screenshot shows that you do indeed have the Summitsoft Special Edition of version 10, so unfortunately you will need to approach Summitsoft for support and a link to the location of the 10.1.12.59 setup file.
