Generic erro when I try to conclued the order

When I start to conclued the order in the cart, this message appear: "generic error". I don't know how to proced.
And when I try to send an e-mail, this message appear:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home1/produ275/public_html/res/imemail.inc.php on line 130
When I am Off-line every thing is all right.
