New 2019.3 WebSite X5 Update

Hi..
My website users X5. and I update to version 2019.3
I seem to have problems after trying to use this latest vitur, where the menu is "TEXT" is not functioning properly. I can not write, edit, in this menu.
I do not know whether other users are also experiencing the same thing.
maybe someone can help in this regard?.

Polo, if you have not done so already, please restart your PC/laptop. I had this same issue last week following a background win 10 update.
If this does not resolve the issue, please disable (or preferably temporarily uninstall) all 3rd party av, malware,firewall software.
Please advise of success or otherwise.

Your advice helped me. I restart the PC and all is back to normal
