Cant open any template neither included 15 or any ther blank template in x5 go

Hi All
I downloadd x5go just recently and cant open any of of the included 15 templates or even any blank ones .Any help is highly appreciated

manish, the screen shot error appears to be from an existing project? Your existing projects were v17? If so you cannot open these.
If you can not load any new templates from online, please temporarily remove or disable any 3rd party virus, malware, vpn or firewall software to ensure the connection to the server is not being blocked.
