Hello - I am now trying to get information from this form https://www.topek.co.uk/projects.html to come to me on an email. Nothing is coming through to my email address? I've tried other email addresses and lots of permutations and nothing comes through. See attached setup. What is wrong with this?

I have have given up trying to work on the php MySQL database as changing the file settings to BLOB have made no difference in getting the images to store and becoming downloadable. 

Anyway I would rather these came in email form. Thanks
