Can anyone recommend some software that would allow me to create a forum/message board web page using Website X5. I don't think there is a current object t hat would allow me to do this.

A forum is a totally different application then a webpage.
To my best knowladge there is no solution for this, eather create a forum, there is a lot of free forum software that is online.
Else please try to tell what you really want to do with page.
But I fear it will be a lot of hassle to get it proparly working....
