All of a sudden my website has a check word box?

On one of my forms all of a sudden a box appeared where you have to enter letters or numbers to verify you are not a robot. It says: Check Word

I don't know why it happend suddenly, I do know how to set it off.
Go to form object, goto TAB Send and switch off the enable captcha anti spam filter .
then upload again, refresh webiste page with F5 and you should be fine.
