I have printed the screen with the differents options I tried. If I put no path to the writing permission file, like in the picture, when I enter to the admin site there are no comments.

If I put the path (just the one I had in v8 and worked perfectly) the result is the same

Yes, you have to do in this way:

• access to http://www.martaquerol.es/admin/login.php
• enter login and password you can find at Step 4 | Access Managment for the Admin User.

Doing this, you could enter on your Control Panel and check all the comments you have. Please refer to the Help file for further info.

My problem is with the comments that where postes on v8. They do not appear in the control panel and they have desappeared from the blog. Can they be restored?

And is it possible to delete the warning someone marked over my own comment?

I have read several times the help info and I did not find the answer.

Please, I need to restore those comments. People get annoied when they find out their wrintings have been removed.

And it is amazing that the comments of the author are marked like abuse.

I now understand. I just answered your first question. I'm sorry for that but there's no "automatic" way to "convert" the old comments. I actually don't know if it's possible to do that in another way. I think you need to edit the files saved into the folder you chose for the comments.

If you need to restore your comment that was set as Abuse, you can do that from your control panel as I described before.

In my contol panel there is no option to restore the calification of the comments. Only delete or go back and when I click "go back" it asks  if I am sure that I want to erase the comment, what I don`t. No difference with Delete.

Some "nice" person has marked all the commentes as abuse. Nevermind, it is only annoying in the Control Panel, but It is not shown on the blog.

Then I assume there is no way to copy the comments of the old version. Ok, i will apollogize with the readers.
