I have upgraded to evolution ver 9 and cannot use it as it says my account is different. I am now very frustrated as I cannot change my password even though I reset it. I can login but cannot change my password as it says the old password is wrong. My original email is now invalid and I have changed this online a week ago to make sure i received any emails. Now I have a program I cannot use and A password I cannot change. I am regreting paying for this upgrade as the process is extremely tedious and flawed. I would like to get the new version working but soon not in a week or so.

Attach your billing-info and (old - and new mail [if changed]) which you used for registration.
Within a short time you will get the info from Inco . . .
(Normally v9 *registrates* automatically with your provided email and then the code will be shown in your profile on right side -> My Licences . . .)
