Hello.Unfortunately, as far as I know, at the moment this is not possible.
No not standard in x5, you need to keep this under control manualy, but if it is for only 1 item then manualy won't work eather.
I think it's a nice IDEA, so if you wish I or any other moderator can make this an IDEA post if you wish, maybe Incomedia can make this in future releases.

Yes, please sir. Please make it a suggestion to incomedia to come out with coupon features that to be used only once else client can keep repeating to use the same coupon. Thanks in advance.
