Generic 451 Error

Good day, I have updated the software to version 2020.1.8 and now I'm receiving a generic error (451) while uploading my website to the internet. See attached screenshot of the error. Please can you assist me I have spoken to the hosting company and they confirmed it's a software problem? I also tried to upload it through Filezilla and it's working 100% the problem is it creates more work and would like to upload the files through Website X5 software.

Hi Pcssa.
I believe this is a different error I Have just uploaded it through Filezilla and it works 100% so clearly it must be a software error.
. . . but you got PHP 7.1 or higher installed and working on server ?

Yes, I'm currently running on PHP7.1 here is a new photo of the error.
Hello Raynard, it seems that W5 cannot connect to server or the connection is too low (second screenshot). Please check if you can solve using SFTP instead of FTP or viceversa.
