my website is down xpresswindshied.com is down i checked with my website hosting provider they advised me that is on your side that it does not conect to can you look at it and correct the issue

Unfortunately that's simply not possible. WebSite X5 cannot impact directly on hosting in that way.
Can you provide further details as to why your hosting provider believes there is an issue with WebSite X5? Please ask them to be as specific as they can.
My gut feeling (at this very early stage) is that the problem is related to SSL (or the lack of it) on your server.
You appear to have a redirect in place, to route visitors automatically to secure versions of your webpages (with https:// prefix) - however, you have no SSL certificate installed on your server. If you install an SSL certificate then you will (probably) regain access to your site. Otherwise, you should remove the redirect.
This is not a WebSite X5 issue.
