Unable to Upload videos to website from pc files

When i try to upload a video file from my pc to my web site desgin in the peview it does not show and i have the message to try another browser to view the video etc I have tried other browsers as my default and non show the video in the preview the files are MP4 . Can you let me know how to fix this problem please.

Hello Clive,
It's not possible to preview multimedia files in the built-in preview browser of the Evo edition. Please see this thread for full details:

The Pro edition of WebSite X5 has an option to preview such files using other browsers you may have installed on your system, such as Chrome, Firefox, etc.
The files will of course be uploaded to your server upon export (in Step 5), whereafter you should be able to use virtually any browser of your choice to view them.
