Arquivos continuam sendo enviados ftp mesmo sem estar no projeto...

Reparei o acontecido com um projeto, onde adicionei um vídeo Mp4 para apresentação através da Galeria. Removi a galeria e dei continuidade ao projeto abrindo o arquivo Mp4 através de direcionamento http mesmo (sem enviar arquivo) e testei com link Youtube também...
Percebi que se eu mandar enviar TODOS OS ARQUIVOS, ele envia FTP aquele que NÃO ESTÁ MAIS NO PROJETO!
Isso parece ser uma falha recorrente. Existe como solucionar? Como o projetonão mandar ftp arquivos de vídeo que não fazem parte do projeto?

If possible, try deleting the Object completely first, and then recreate it and insert the new link.
Also, delete the Upload and Preview folders in the project folder under Documents.
After that, try exporting again and see if the file is still there

Além disso, exclua as pastas Upload e Visualizar na pasta do projeto em Documentos.
Depois disso, tente exportar novamente e veja se o arquivo ainda está lá
