Making a photo full height and extended width  en

Hi

In some of the templates a text box has been used with an image as the background. The image extends to the width of the screen and is in full view (height). When I try to add a photo (Not as a background) I seem to only have the option to have each row full height or none at all (I only want the photo full height) and I can only extend to full width if it is a background. So in essence I want to insert a photo that is full height and extended width in just one row with the rest of the rows being different sizes dependant on content.Many thanks.

Steve, have you tried simply placing the image in a text object? If the text object occupies the full row it can be xpanded to full width of browser. For me this works much better than the image / slide show object.

Hello Steve,

thank you for getting in touch.

While you can extend the single Objects to the full browser window width by using the Extend function , if you activate the Full Heigh, this will automatically be applied to the whole page.

Please find here two useful guides:

https://guide.websitex5.com/en/support/solutions/articles/44001795337-how-to-set-a-full-width-object

Please let me know if I can be of further help. Kind regards.
