Missing product image in product catalog object  en

I have some occurances where the image is not displayed in the shopping cart object on a landing page, but it appears on the pop up "The product has been added to the cart window", and it appears in the catalog search, and the checkout summary.

I have re-exported to the server "all files" option a couple of times - no change

I have had this problem a few times, if you remove the image from the cart, then save without an image and then put the image back it corrects the problem. It’s been an intermittent problem for me for a while I don’t know what causes the issue.

Yes on the cart search it is fine - but on the individual product landing page, where the item cart card item is, the product photo is missing. I will try David's suggestion. I did try deleting the photo file and then re-attaching but didn't do a save in between - will try that next.
