I don't know why I expected the Pro version of Website X5 to work any better than the Evo version, but like an idiot I did. I purchased a copy of Website X5 Pro today and got the same error message when trying to import my Evo 2020.2.6 project file as I did with the upgrade to my Evo 2020.2.6 to Evo 202.3.3 - "An error occurred while loading the Project. [Object reference not set to an instance of an object.]"

I think this problem has been fixed in the latest Beta Version, Try downloading it and see if it fixes the problem.

Why would the Beta version of X5 Pro be more up-to-date than the official release. If incomedia is going to start making these arbitrary decisions as to design and layout over what the customer wants, then maybe its time to find a new website development tool.
Michael, there is a bug or 2 in v2020.3 and they are trying to fix them. The beta release is the "testing" version. When it has been suitably tested it will be released as a full version. Beta will always be more up-to-date but possibly not yet stable (although it may offer you an interim solution to your problem).
PS it it has been less than 30 days since your purchase of Pro and you are sure that Evo meets your needs you have the right to request a refund.
