All images from the site have been lost

hello everyone,
I would like you to help me.
Today I opened the program to add a new product and saw that all the images disappear.
Wherever there is an image it has disappeared.
What do I need to do to recover it?

If all the photos are lost, we will need about 20-30 working days to restore them to their original form. This is a big labor cost for us!!
Hi Baladis,
try this:
First step: Duplicate the project, so that you have a saved version:
Second step: Hit CTRL (STRG) and click on 'Preview'. WSX5 will 'clean' your project.
Third step: Export your Project to an IWZIP-File:
Fourt step: Delete your project:
Fourth step: Import the IWZIP-File:
See, whether the problem is solved.

How did you go?
If the photos are still missing could you explain when this happened (eg upgrade from 2.2->2.3)?
If it happened following upgrade please take the following steps
Open v2020.2.7 (if necessary download it from your profile top right, this can co-exist with the latest version) and open your project. Assuming the project is in tact, go to step 5 export project and create an iwzip file. Now open v2020.3.4 and select import, then select your new iwzip file. This will not overwrite your existing project.
(The above is based on the assumption you allowed WX5 to create a duplicate/backup/copy of your project at the time of upgrade that you can fall back on)
