Template background graphics will not upload to the internet

I can not get the Template Header, Footer & page background graphics to show up on my webpage after I upload the website to the internet. Everything looks correct when it is previewed before the upload. I have tried to do the upload multiple times with no luck.

Have you set up the Template Header, Footer & Page Background for each separate viewport within WebSite X5?
How to set up the Template of a responsive website
Have you cleared your browser cache before testing?
Are you sure you are uploading into the correct folder on your server?
Can you provide a link to the site online, please?

I had to clear the cookies to fix the site backgrounds. Thank you for your help.
