Under the header, I would like to have an mp4. I need to make it full width. Another issue is how to get the mp4 to be viewed with default web when viewing webpage in program viewer.

Keith, unfortunately the mp4 cannot be displayed in preview. The movie will display when online and it should also display if you use your default browser
You can add a video object and select it as full width by clicking extend, then select margins and set all to zero for truly full with.
Alternatively, you can use row/formats to place the video behind one or many rows and set full width (with or without parallax)
