I'm trying to create a website using standard wizard.
I'd like to use pictures from Online Library, but each time I try to use this feature, I receive an error. The list of steps I'm taking follows next:
- I click the images button to open the Image from Online Library... window where I can choose from an online library of over 700,00 royaltyfree pictures.
- I search for the desired image.
- I click the image I'd like to use, then I click OK button to confirm.
- The Image from Online Library... window disappears and a dialog box with an error "Generation error" displays (this is my translation of the error message, as my app is in Slovak language where it states "Chyba generovania").
- The image I've selected from Online Library is not inserted into my project.
I've attached a screenshot of the dialog box with an error message (sorry for language version, I can't find out how to switch the application from Slovak to English language).
This error occurs each time I try to use the Online Gallery feature.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm using the most recent version of Evo 13 (check for updates feature states that I'm using the latest version).

Can it be that virusscanner or firewall is blocking download?
Set these off or give permission / check blocked contents on firewall.

Thanks for your quick reply.
Unfortunately, turning off virus protection and firewall did not resolve the problem. Please kindly see attached image claiming that the settings have been configured as you advised. I'm using Windows Defender, no other security solution is installed on my system (Windows 10).
Hello Martin, I tested this and get the same result.
I think there is something with the servers from Incomedia, they fixed it, but now it seems wrong (again)
I will ask Incomedia to check this and reply in this post, await a comment from them or try again later.
