Cannot edit text field from imported website

I have just imported my current website EVO V12 to the new EVO 2021.1.4. In V12, I had several text fields in the header. Used to just click on the header and type the text, insert a link if you wanted, etc. In the exported version to 2021.1.4, the text appears, but when I attempt to edit the field, not only is it entirely different, but I cannot find a way to change the text. Am I left with having to delete the objects and start from scratch? Seems like in v12 it was more WYSWYG. Helpful tips will be appreciated! Thanks.

Charlene, when upgrading from old to latest versions the text in the header (& footer) is converted to an image.
The best way to fix this is to place a text or ( better still) a title object directly over the old text image and recreate it. When done to your satisfaction delete the text image. This is annoying, but the final product will have a number of advantages, not the least of which is improved SEO
