Cannot Connect Product/Shopping page with my paypal Account  en

Another issue -- I am trying to connect my PayPal account to Order Management/Payment type.  In the older version v16, it worked fine.  Now it is not working in Evo 2021.2.2. For payment type,  I have chosen the Paypal Commerce Platform.  When I put in all the information to link my paypal account,  it goes in circles asking for  me to enter mandatory information.  I have filled out a description under "General" for "cost" i have fixed at -0-,   It will not let me "check" to accept other payment methods.  That field is grayed out.  I tried to "connect paypal platform"  In trying to connect to Paypal, i selected use existing business account.  Now it just keeps going between "inserting my legal name" and "tell us your business" which I have already filled out. But every time I click "continue" it keeps asking the same things over and over again.
