The website is not active yet. We get the error when we preview the product page from WebsiteX5.
The version we use is Website X5 Pro 2021.2.4
Some functions don't work correct in preview, although this error should not occur but could be PHP related.
try top right in preview the pulldown and view in webbrowsers and see if that helps.

Hi, the error is still there. The PHP version is 5.4 but I can upgrade it to 7.4 if this will help. Can you advise?
5.4 is way too low, update to latest, best is 8.0, try also online, some functions work only online.

Hi Andre, I have upgraded the PHP version to 7.4 which is the latest version of my host (Hostgator) and now I get another error.
When I click to see the product page, I get the webpage header and footer but I get a black page in between and just after the footer I get the following error:
Deprecated: Directive 'allow_url_include' is deprecated in Unknown on line 0
Ask to your provider to configure the display errors parameters to off or tries yourself if this setting is available for you through your web admin interface

Hi Axel, thank you do much for your feedback. Do you feel that this will resolve the issue or is it just going to remove the error?
Hello Dinos,
Your message is clear: it's a deprected php fucntion.
So normally the display is just to inform dev team and sometimes in your case block to continue to work properly.
Try to disable this parameter and you will see... I am pretty sure of a good result with no impact on the rest of your website.
Enjoy!
Axel

Thank you Axel, I will try now.
Autor
Hi Axel, I set the display_errors to OFF and now I get the same error as before on my website. Please find attached screen.
Oups... I am sorry to heard that .... Grrrr
Last note from me.
have you tried to upload a new another picture (and extension JPG, PNG ..) into your product, to see if it's not a corruped picture which generates this error.
If error continues, wait an Incomedia technician !
Enjoy!
Axel

Can anyone from WebsiteX5 assist me on this issue?
I have set this for Incomedia to respond, i suspect there is still a bug in the software, probably same as here:
https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/pt/post/240188
or
https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/pt/post/240380#1
let's wait for Incomedia.

Hi Andre, thank you for the update!
Hello Dinos
Your screenshot clearly displays the issue but I would like to verify it personally on your website
Can you, by any chance, share here the URL to the page that presents this issue specifically? I will verify it for you
Thank you
Stefano
Stefano,
www.dioratiki.com
I tested got, general error, just like EVO did.

Hi Stefano, please note that we are working on a new website design for www.dioratiki.com and when we uploaded it to the internet, we realised that we get this error and we restored the old design.
The problem is with all the items in our E-commerce: Product Page. If you want please let me know and i will uploade the new design again for you to see the issue and when you are finished, I will upload the old design again, as I cannot leave the new website design with the errors on our website.
If you want, you can also take over my PC to see the issue with, lets say, AnyDesk.
Please find attached again another screenshot with a different product we sell.
Dinos,
yu could upload the latest is a test folder, dont forget to set url also on test folder, just use www.dioratiki.com/test or something like that, do a full upload there (offcource)
This way Incomedia can check better. But i get en generic error on your current site as well.....
Autor
Hi Andre, I have just uploaded the new website design on: www.dioratiki.com/test.
In the E-commerce:Product Page, we now get an empty screen and the error:
Deprecated: Directive 'allow_url_include' is deprecated in Unknown on line 0
at he very bottom of the screen
Hello Dinos
From what I see on your website, this line you mention is the cause of most issues.
Axel advised you do this and this is correct:
display_errors to OFF
Did you change this back to ON? Please turn it off and keep it off or the issue will remain.
After you turned that off, the issue should disappear and we can move on to verifying any other issue that might arise
Proceed like this and keep me posted here
Thank you
Stefano

Hi Stefano, I changed the display_errors to OFF.
You can check by searching for display_errors here: https://dioratiki.com/phpinfo.php just to make sure.
I uploaded the whole website again in www.dioratiki.com/test but i get the same error!!!
Hello Dinos
I'm not sure about how your hosting is configured, but they should be able to easily see that the issue is not solved.
I can see that it appears as still On in the Master column, and in fact the issues are still there on the website. It means that the configuration wasn't done correctly for you
Please contact them again. They need to fix this for you on their side and they can easily verify for you if what they did was successful or not
Keep me posted here

HI Stefano, the PHP display_errors master value is now OFF and I get errors on ALL my products as per the attached image. It looks like its a WebsiteX5 issue.
Please let me know if there is anything else you can do to assist me.
Autor
Please note that the error comes up even when I preview the webpage. In other words before I upload it on my web server, and the same error when I upload it on the server.
Hello Dinos
I believe that the issue is caused by some code inserted into the project and I would like to verify this for you
However, I just cannot find the URL to the page you show in the screenshot
Can you please link here to me the page with the issue directly so that I might verify it?
Keep me posted here please
Thank you
Stefano

Hi Stefano,
Please note that all of the Product pages under E-commerce:Product Page, which are generated by WebsiteX5 have an error.
Please three of my test product URL's so that you can see the problem.
https://dioratiki.com/test/product/?qbos
https://dioratiki.com/test/product/?invoice-layout-customisatin
https://dioratiki.com/test/product/?product-1
Hello Dinos
Did you place an image for the buy button here?
Can you try and change this to see if the issue is solved? I believe that some error in the image is causing the trouble
Try this and keep me posted here
Thank you
Stefano
Autor
Hi Stefano,
Yes, the button is the same as yours as you can see from attachment 001.
Autor
If the issue is with the button, please note that back in Website X5 version 14, this particular button had a problem and I created a Topic in the Help Center under the title "Ecommerce "Add" button".
I was advised to login the Language Content Management and change it. Maybe this is the problem. Check out attachment 002 and tell me if this is ok or I need to change something.
Hello Dinos
Can you please try to change this image with another one? Or swap to text instead of image?
Does it work then?
keep me posted

Hi Stefano, Now I have extra problems.
This is what my situation is with the button:
1. In the Language Content Management the path for cart_add is: <img src="https://dioratiki.com/images/08_add.png" width="25" height="25">
This was created by us after the assistance of WebsiteX5 support back in WebsiteX5 version 14 because the cart image was giving us errors.
2. In the new WebsiteX5 version we currently get this:
As you can see, we get two cart for each product.
3. This is the setting of the button:
Can you please tell me what I should type as the path in the Language Content Management so I do not get two card?!?
4. In the meantime, the issue with the "Product Page" remains the same!!!
Is it possible that you can login to my PC and check out the issues? Is there anything you can tell me to correct these? I am honestly a little furswtrateed with the issue and I cannot take live our new website due to these stupid issues!!!
Autor
Hi Stefano,
Can you please tell me whether you can read my reply just above this one? I tried to login and read it again and I cannot read the whole thing as it cannot be loaded. It had three images in it!
Autor
Hi Stefano, I have to say that I am really furstrated and dissapointed with the errors I get. I have been a faithfull customer of WebsiteX5 for over 6 years now but I am getting to the point where I need to move fast to load my new website and I keep getting errors from the system!!!
Furthermore, I get error in your Help system as well, as you can see in my previous posting just above!!!
As I wrote to my previous post which cannot be loaded, I believe that I have two issues now, one with the Add Cart button and one with the errors in the Product page.
I think itsw a good idea that someone logs in my PC and I show them the issue.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!
Autor
Hi Stefano, I spoke with Elisa of Incomedia and she told me to send my project file to *** and give you the link here as well: https://we.tl/t-6jesWlQZGS
Please check and try to fix the errors!
Thank you.

Hi Stefano, I forgot to uset he export facility. Here is the correct project file: https://we.tl/t-0tenqbSBsF
Hello Dinos
I've received your project to check the issue. In your project, I cannot see that path for your project, but the simple "Add" text:
This is correct. Please remove the path you've shown before and just leave this piece of text there.
I've tried exporting your website on a test hosting with your own project file, and it works fine for me now:
I can see the Add text correctly. The solution of adding the path like in v14 is probably no longer ok due to how the code is handled.
Can you confirm that if you try to delete the entire website online and upload it anew it works?
Try this out and keep me posted here
Thank you
Stefano
Autor
Hi Stefano,
Thank you for all your assistance and patience.
It now works fine and the "Add" button appears!
If I may, can I ask you whether there is a way to display an image instead of text?
Hello Dinos
As of now, this is not possible in the new Product Sheet. However, you can have it everywhere else in the configuration of the Product Catalog as you've shown before
For now, please do not add code like before since it needs to be adapted for the new version before being used again
Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with
Thank you
Stefano
