i tried export panel on X5pro not working .. i tried Cpanel Hostgator not working, they say to contact you,.i tried Filezilla not working .. i have been with x5 since the beginning and i never had these issues, check my records i have been a loyal client,  this is why Wix and Squarespace is so popular, and still came to X5. could i just get my site online that's all i ask, i know how to do everything else

you mean that you can't upload your project to internet (step5)

do you get errors? can you place a prtscrn maybe?

check correct settings for your webprovider, especially upload folder. Else make upload folder empty, then select folder button at the end and choose the upload folder yourself. If your not sure what upload folder then check with your internet provider.

I can see that you mention that FileZilla isn't working as well. In this case, it is safe to say that the software plays no part in this error and the connection data is probably just wrong

Can you try contacting the support team for Hostgator and mention that you cannot connect with third-party tools as well such as FileZilla?

Unfortunately, if the connection is not possible with any program, the issue is not related to WebSite X5 specifically and the support cannot be of help much further than this
