In version 2021.2.6 it worked normally as far as I remember.
I hope this change will be added in the next update or in 2021.2.8. Thanks in advance

Hello.You're right.You have a bug.Try different versions of PHP on hosting: 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4.
I also noticed that you are using version 2021.2.8. But at the moment the latest stable release is 2021.2.7.

The problem existed before I put the 2021.2.8 version, I put the beta version because the Incomedia team suggested it to me to see if the problem is solved by previewing the images on the page that is automatically created for the products.
I just noticed that the review add does not work either. While in the version before 2021.2.7 he was working.
The php version is correct, is there a case that the extra security I added for the google reCaptcha contact forms creates the problem?

I recommend trying 7.3 and 7.4.You can also try 8.0 for experimentation.But I would do it all on a test site.
I also recommend trying to go back to 2021.2.7.

I use already the php version 7.4 and that is the recommendation from my hosting provider. If I change the php version I already know what does not work when I do not even enter the process to change the version.

The preview of images from the product page only works in the version 2021.2.8 that I currently have. Before it did not work so I will wait for the stable version. If you create a page for a product, the evaluation works just fine. I tried it just to see if it works with the simple way.
I have drawn the conclusion. The problem lies in the security of google reCaptcha.
I changed the Captcha type from Google reCaptcha v2 to Website X5 Captcha and the problem was resolved.
However, I would like to use Google reCaptcha as it provides better security for communication forms.
So I ask the company team to find a way to make the website structure work properly with Google reCaptcha.
As this provides greater security of the website.

I've performed a quick test with ReCaptcha and it seems to work fine for me on the Product Sheet.
One quick question. Do you have the ReCaptcha anywhere else on the website? It works fine there?
Now that you removed it, can you try enabling it once more and see if it works now? Perhaps removing it fixed some previous error

For reCaptcha I have entered the keys in the Privacy and Security menu in the Security submenu. Otherwise I did not enter it manually elsewhere.
I just tried it and noticed that it works now. No other update to the program was made. I probably had to turn it off and go through it again.
Sometimes the simplest things work.

Reviews is not working again. ReCaptcha creates the problem.
I do not understand why this is happening. I think as soon as I deleted it and uploaded it again, it was too late for the Server to be informed with the reCaptcha key about it and it worked immediately. Test on the second attempt at product review does not work again.

The problem appears in the products because reCaptcha does not appear in the review and I believe that the reason the submission does not work is because the field with reCaptcha does not appear and that is why when you press to send the review it does nothing.
