Hello,
I have a question regarding the photo quality in the website.
I have used the original photos that have a resolution of 5452x3635 with and without animation effect and for some reason the quality is affected. I have disable the animation effect and the same result.
I have changed the resolution to 1600x1067, again with and without animation effect and the same result, the quality is affected.
The photos in question:
Note that in the mobile view the bad quality can be seen even better.
Do you have some advice regarding this?
Regards,
Cristi

Hello Cristi
Direct link of your pictures pls. Into your website we don't know where to find them
Enjoy!
Axel
can post your orignal photos somewhere to test it
Create a hidden page on your web site with a download button and give the link of the hidden page.
For me Pictures are clean (PC )
But again post your original pictures to test them !
(It > En) ... hello, ... you have applied a transparency mask on the alpha channel, therefore the image is automatically converted into PNG format, therefore with decadence, and with an increase in weight of six times more; ... for example one of your online is this (269KB):
..
... never use gigantic images, and never large beyond double the purpose for which they are intended; ... it is better to prepare images already suitable for the purpose, of measures, weight and format...
.
ciao

Hello,
@Axel, here is the link with the original pictures in question -> LINK
@KolAsim, indeed that was the first thought that I had, and indeed I had used a transparency mask on the alpha channel, but now I just resized the picture, without any mask or alpha channel, the new dimension is 800x534 and on my display (Laptop, monitor and smartphone) I can still see the bad quality photos.
Link with the actual photos, that I used currenlty on the website, resiezed and no filter/mask used.
Regards,
Cristi
You have activated a mask for these pictures. This affects the quality and it also saves in png format. You can insert such a large, high-resolution image, but that won't help, because WSX5 shrinks the image to web format, because it also has to be loaded quickly on the mobile phone.

OK, so I have to ask for the original photos not edited in any way (mask/fillter).
Thank you guys for the support!
