When I add a video in the page tab it say missing plug in html5 and adobe flash but I down the plug in recently and it still doesn't work

It Didnt work
... ... v.12 (!) is old, and maybe you are doing something wrong because it works for everyone and if you don't post your LINK it will be hard for us to understand the problem ...
... if it were Youtube videos on the SSL site, then v.12 is out of date for them ...
... and besides, as you know, the autoplay will not work at the moment ...

... it's the local URL of your PC, the same one I told you before for the local TEST in Preview...
... you have to post a URL like this: www.yoursite.en/pagetest.html
