I have made a contact form. It sends the data to my Gmail. I recieves the message correct but Google make a message: "This message is unssecure. It cannot see if it from "***". Do not download this data."

I make a filter on Gmail. There is a lot of options, but no of thes is relevant. Google recommends "Do not send to Spam". It dos'nt work, and it is not sent to spam without filter.

How can i  avoid this warning?

Good afternoon.

Using free email for a website is a bad idea. You need to create mail in the domain. Google has a paid service, but there are other mailboxes that provide free use of a domain address. Perhaps this service is provided by your hosting provider.

Instead of mail ***, you can create *** or, for example, create for each employee of the site ***

Here you can connect mail for a domain on Google: https://domains.google/get-started/email/

Вместо почты *** можно создать *** или, например, создать для каждого сотрудника сайта ***

Thank you! I will use my host provider. There i can forward it to the Google-account.

Surprised where you find bent.eckberg?

Many thanks!

Peter, I use gmail but found that forwarding email from my domain email can cause major inconvenience. If anyone targets your email with spam and your domain email forwards it to gmail, gmail will assume your domain is a spammer. Better to have gmail retrieve email from your account, gmail will then blame itself rather than you and simply mark the retrieved email as spam if necessary.

Good afternoon.

You don't need to forward from a domain mail address to Google mail. It is enough to attach domain mail to your Google account directly in the Gmail mail program. In this case, you will be able to receive and see letters that come to a personal Gmail address and a domain address in one location.

Where did I find that person's address?

There is a link from your site to another site. There I found it.

Peter, I recommend anything that works reliably :-)

I have gmail retrieve from my domain email account/s and I have it label each email with the email address. On receipt Gmail automatically (correctly) identifies SPAM, social and advertising and refuses to retrieve viruses, etc so this reduces my workload (I generally only look at the primary tab). With each email labelled I can also choose to see only emails sent to specific addresses if I wish (eg sales(at)esahc.com, admin(at)esahc.com, etc). The only disadvantage is there can be some delay retrieving the email (gmail doesn't care as much as it used to), but you can push it along as required.

Have a great day.
