2022.1.2 loses responsive site settings

Just loaded the latest version which appears to reset the 'responsive site' flag to a 'desktop site'. After panicking and investigation I found that resetting it back to responsive brought the other views back into action.
It would appear that the first load of a site has a conversion problem in it which should have come out in the testing!

Hello. I updated my site to 2022.1.2. But I didn't have this problem. Responsive design has not been disabled. Perhaps this is an isolated case.
