hello, how can I create the member area page in the picture so that the customer can follow their orders and accounts from here

Hello. You can create a special private page and place a User orders object on this page. This object allows users to see their orders if the users placed them when logged into the site as registered users.
P.S. My paid video tutorial covers all the steps to create such a page.
