I JUST bought the program, and I selected a template, and immediately, it said that the template was not available in this version of Website X5. What are they trying to pull? "Here is your product, but you can't use it until you give us more money?"
And of course, the site does not have a support link where you can complain about this, or to demand a refund.
Does anyone else have an opinion about this, or suggestions on how to contact these people?

The version you have purchased can only create websites from the included templates. For more choices you need at least EVO, but for maximum choices you would need PRO.
Play with the version you have purchased and if you really like the program but not the limitations take advantage of the 30 day money back offer and purchase either EVO or PRO.

I confirm as Esahc mentioned that the Go edition of the software only has access to a limited number of functions and templates. You will find the templates available for this edition in the "WebSite X5 Go" section of the template selection window.
