I'm interested, there is a turning point in my business...  en

I have been your long-time user since version 8 ... Now I am so annoyed by the customer service and bug fixes that I have to ask you because this way my business can no longer move forward, I am willing to pay more, but I consider this update protection financially pointless for me because it offers almost nothing ...

- I am primarily interested in whether you plan to make a better CMS system for our users that includes better manipulation of images, files, css manipulation and better SEO ...

- I am interested in whether you have in mind a better and higher quality, no problem webshop that is manipulative for our users online. No quantity bugs, with better support for online shopping, with better security ... BTW I still can't fix the quantity on my web stores !!!

- I'm also interested in whether you have in mind to fix any bugs that users report to you in terms of responsive design ...

I don't think you attach importance to customer requests and requests, so I have to tell you publicly that I'm seriously considering switching to another, more reliable, bug-free system ... I don't want to be overbearing but you have to understand that you don't offer quality and stability for the price which you charge.

Forgive me for being honest. Your longtime user...

Yet another customer/user unhappy with the update protection and lack of customer service from Incomedia. Thats why I stopped using it at ver 16. I really liked the product at first but far too many bugs and problems that were not being addressed by Incomedia drove me to other products out there. I still have a few websites with x5 but no new ones since v16.

The update protection was addressed a long time ago by Incomedia who admitted that no real new help would be added and really there is no "priority" customer service, it's still the same service that relies on the customer base to give support.

I still like X5 for what it is but still not convinced by anything it has added to return as a customer. The credit system is another big area that needs removed. As long as the credit system is in force and Incomedia stick with the substandard customer service I will not be returning as a customer.

$$$$ is a priority

Hello.

What exactly do you want from a small company?
Incomedia is not Microsoft for you, where there are thousands of developers.

Incomedia has only 4 developers and 4 marketers, which means that the development of the program and the promotion of the sale are divided 50/50.

But I think it's up to the owner of this company how to run their business.

I agree that they are leading a conservative way of development, are taking small steps according to their plans. This is their strategy and this is their business, and it is up to them to decide how to conduct it. Serious development and expansion of business is always a big risk.

At the same time, you must agree that for beginners and small non-professional sites, this is a decent and convenient program. This tool can be a good start for many in the Internet business, especially for those who do not have the money to order a professional site, a small online store or a business card site.
We will never understand why Incomedia does what it does.

Why?
Because this is not our business, this is not our responsibility to employees and customers.

I believe that the best tool they have created is a huge international community that helps those who need it together. I am sure that few developers of such programs can boast of such a community as ours.

In 2013, when I started studying this program, I didn’t even know what I would do with this constructor, in which direction I would go. And only 8 years later, when I was already driving this car with my eyes almost closed, I began to understand where I was going.

I want to say that everything has its time and the fact that we want to speed up any of the processes in our lives, in our programs, in our desires does not mean that we will get the result we want to get. This means that we are not ready yet, we still need time to develop, we still need to gain experience. This applies to both developers and buyers.

To be honest, sometimes I'm afraid to update the builder so as not to break something on my site and I make a million backups. But I want to continue to help the development of this program, I want to follow its development history and be part of our friendly community that Incomedia has united us.

Hello Дмитрий Тулупов

So they have stopped the possibility to give us to develop some objects.... by internal strategy....

developer guides are always on Google.

So I think it is stupide because by the community the software could be more bigger and strong..

For a company like them a best solution to enforce dev team is to open the software and to propose to any dev user to add some objects to improve the product.... Already objects are managed by them because for the dev you need to have a signed key provided by them...

So impossible in this case to create an object with no GO from them and to sale it outside if you have no signed key !... No risk for them

Stupid decision

Enjoy!

Hi X5 Croatia,

thank you for getting in touch.

We surely understand your point, and we will try to be as precise and transparent as possible so to provide you with the information you need to better make your decision.

1) CMS
WebSite X5 isn't a CMS and, for the moment, we aren't planning any specific changes in this sense.

2) E-COMMERCE
WebSite X5 is a software conceived to adapt to a wide variety of needs, not only e-commerce. In other words, it does also e-commerce, but not only e-commerce. Because of the nature of the software itself, then, it will always necessarily have less specific features than a tool conceived to create an online shop only. As per the possibility of editing the e-commerce online, again because of the way WebSite X5 works (locally on PC instead of online) I confirm we don't plan on making this function available any time soon.

3)BUGS
Generally speaking, the resolution of the reported bugs is among our top priorities of course. However, not all bugs have the same degree of priority: such priority for instance depends also but not only on the number of users affected by the bug itself. If you have some specific bugs in mind, I would please ask you to report which ones you are referring to now, so I can possibly be more precise on this point.

Thank you! Kind regards.
