How could I see my website directly on my phone, tablet ?

I cannot copy the URL  from the picture attached to send a link to my phone, tablet.

And if I type manually - the website is not updated even I tried to delete the cache and browsing history.

Bebe, when you are using WX5 and you click on preview you have the option to click on preview on mobile and this will generate a qrcode for you to scan with your mobile device or you can copy the text link.

To view on the web, you would need to write the URL as provided into the addressbar on your device (or even in your preferred browser on your PC). If you write that URL here we can also take a look for you. Try using your PC to view first and check if CTRL+F5 clears the cache and shows the current version. If it is correct when viewing on PC but not mobile then the cache is not clearing (on mine a simple swipe down normally clears the cache).

On your PC you can in chrome install the QR code extension. You will then be able to click the extension icon in chrome and choose "the QR Code Extension". Chrome will then present a QR code for the active URL in the browser.

This is a very handy method to see a web-page in the browser also on your mobile.

Bebe, if the preview on mobile does not work (NB the phone and PC must be on the same wireless network) I am afraid I do not know what advise to offer. This is invariably caused by a corruption or something in windows blocking the functionality as you can see here:-

https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/pt/post/251776

If you can provide the address (URL) of your hosting as requested we can advise further perhaps.

thank you for your help. I did as John recommended me and I have the same problem on mobile phone, tablet etc.   I am just an user of PC and mobile phone but I think It is possible to depend on the settings of the mobile  phone and not because of the PC.  Anyway thanks for your help.

I really need this feature because As I mention the website it is not updated on Android . There are some differences.

Please ask some people that could solve the problem.  It is really important for us.

Bebe, once you upload your website you can go directly to your mobile, type in the URL and see your website, the preview to mobile is a nicety not a necessity. Compare the virtual mobile preview on your desktop with the mobile phone and you will quickly identify anomalies

Dear Esach..

Yes, there are anomalies . The website is not updated despite doing all settings. There is a delay in updating on the mobile version. Sometimes it is a few hours delay and sometimes there are a few days delays.

As you correct said , I have to put on the same wi fi.

I bought recently a wi fi device and somebody put it on the motherboard of PC . But I do not know to do settings for put the phone on the WI-fi network of the PC . I still work on this matter.

Maybe this will work for you?

Bebe, if you are using the chrome browser on your phone you could try incognito mode. You will find this by opening chrome and on the top line click the 3 dots, here you will find "new incognito tab"

Hopefully this will allow you to browse to your online site and retrieve ALL information without using cached data (and so see what is online rather than what was online last time you looked), but you should close all tabs and chrome between tests, otherwise incognito mode will continue to use it's own cache.

Other browsers have a similar function

For connecting to your wifi, do you have a (relatively recent) Android phone?

If so, find settings, select network and internet, click on wifi, find your wifi SSID (the name broadcast by your modem), select it and then put in the password (my wifi password is written underneath the modem).
