Contact Form - Check word

Although I did not specify it this extra field has appeared as the last field in new contact form. I keep getting the error message "The inserted check word is not correct". The form will not send nor can I delete the field from the design.

Yes I understand that is how you would select this field but I did not select it. It shows up in the preview but does not appear in the List section. There is nothing there for me to delete.
